Registration Information

Registration for Athletics at PASD for the upcoming school year is now open. PASD requires students to submit medical forms annually using BigTeams.

If you are new to the school district or this is the first time you are playing a sport, you will need to create a BigTeams account. If you already have a BigTeams account, simply log in and upload this year’s medical forms!

Information About Medical Forms

Before the start of the first sport you are playing for the year, you must upload the PIAA CIPPE (Physical Forms) to BigTeams. If you play another sport during the school year, you will need to complete the PIAA Recertification Form.

Physical forms for the 2024-2025 school year have to be completed after May 1st, 2024, to be valid for the 2024-2025 school year.

Physical Forms
• HS Winter Sports: Due by Friday, Nov. 1
• MS Winter Sports: Due by Friday, Nov. 23

First Day of Winter Practice:
• HS Sports: November 15th
• MS Sports: December 2nd

Spring Sports Information

Physical Forms
• HS Spring Sports: Due by Friday, Feb. 14
• MS Spring Sports due by: Friday, Feb. 28

First Day of Spring Practice 
• HS Sports: Monday, March 3rd
• MS Sports: Monday, March 17th
