The high school Autistic Support class came over to PAELC to read a story and do a craft with Mrs. West's 1st grade class.
The students read "Turkey Trouble". They engaged the students in questions with the story and a craft afterwards. The high schoolers helped the first graders to make disguises for their turkeys.
It was a great opportunity for all of our students. We will continue this with a story once a month rotating around the different classrooms at PAELC.
