Pushed Pin.pngAccessing Athletics Information in ParentSquare

All athletic team ParentSquare groups are set to public in the pre-season to allow families who are interested in joining a team to get information regarding preseason workouts and team tryouts. Parents/Guardians and students can join these groups by clicking on the links below or following the directions at the end of this message.

Once rosters are established each season, any students/families not on the team will be removed and the team will be set to private during the season. Teams will become public again at the completion of the season in preparation for the next year.

Please note that students will also need to join the group to get notifications if a parent joins first. If the student joins, the parents/guardians are automatically added to the group.

Current 6th grade students will be able to set up ParentSquare accounts after they are officially rolled over to the middle school this summer.

8th grade athletes who played a sport in the 2025-26 academic year will automatically be added to the PAHS team on ParentSquare. Any student who wishes NOT to play can remove themselves from the group or request removal from the coach.

ParentSquare is the official method of communication for all PASD athletics. No students or families should be asked to join any other platforms for communication. Student athletes who wish to get notifications should sign in using their PASD district login and password. Notifications will be sent to their student email (this cannot be changed), however students may choose to add a cell phone number and/or use the ParentSquare or StudentSquare apps.
