The newly formed Educators Rising club participated in their first field trip event. The club members visited Manavon elementary school to practice their teaching skills.
Mrs. Ehrenzeller, the club advisor, had this to say about the event. "The club members designed every activity, practiced on each other, and visited the 5 2
nd grade classes at Manavon! The PAHS students taught them about optimism. Our activities included doing an experiment, reading a story, writing an acrostic poem, and doing a craft. Our club members did AWESOME, and it was truly the highlight of my day to hear their excited conversations on the way back to the HS when we were done! I'm SUPER proud of them! We received awesome feedback from the 2
nd grade teachers that the kids had so much fun with the "older kids."
