Counseling Department

The following is important information regarding 2018-2019 schedules:

• Friday, June 1st  - 2018-2019 schedules will be released electronically via Skyward.  Schedules will reflect the courses that fit each student’s schedule, but they will not contain assigned teachers or class periods.  The Class of 2022 will receive their schedules during the week of June 4th. The Class of 2022 is not currently active in the high school Skyward system, therefore the courses cannot be viewed via Skyward.

• Counselors will be available each day after final exams (June 4th – 7th) and from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm during their summer days (see schedule below) if schedule changes are necessary.  Only core-class level changes and course additions where there is an opening in the student’s schedule will be considered.  Students are not able to drop any courses. Appointments will not be available for the Class of 2022 from June 4th – 7th

• Friday, August 10th – Full 2018-2019 schedules, containing assigned teachers and periods, will be released electronically via Skyward.  On a very limited basis usually due to special circumstances, only core-class level changes and course additions where there is an opening in the student’s schedule will be considered.  It is highly recommended that students meet with their grade-level counselors prior to August 10th in order to make any possible schedule changes.
