Two of my students and their families also attended the reception (please see photos—top row from left: All PAHS artwork, senior Marissa Olalde with her self-portrait [top], senior Sophia Seidel with her painting of a wave [bottom]—bottom row from left: alumnus Jake Kevra’s ice cream scoop, two finger ring, neckpiece, and brooch).

For the first time in my career, I had the pleasure of exhibiting my own work alongside that of my current and former students! When we arrived at the show, we found that Jacob Kevra, PAHS graduate class of 2014, was displaying his collegiate artwork as part of the Tyler School of Art senior Metalsmithing CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing) exhibit. Jake’s work was exceptionally beautiful and I have included pictures of it here as well. If you’re interested in more of Jake’s work, he maintains a website: https://jacobkevra.wixsite.com/portfolio
