Citadel Winner, Congratulations Mr. Weinstein!
PASD is proud to announce that Mr. Dan Weinstein has been selected as a Citadel Heart of Learning Award winner! The award is presented to teachers in the Greater Philadelphia region who demonstrate a strong commitment to education and students both in and of the classroom.
Mr. Weinstein has been a math teacher at PAHS for 26 years. He also serves as the coach of the PAHS Swimming & Diving team, and carries a legacy of success of both poolside in the classroom. He was nominated by students, colleagues, parents, and community members, all who recognized his incredible energy, unwavering support, and care and concern for his students.
The Citadel team presented Mr. Weinstein with this prestigious award this morning, where he was surrounded by students, faculty, and administrators. Congratulations Mr. Weinstein!
